Hospice Marketing (sales) or Home Health Marketing experience in Maricopa County required. preferably in the West valley

Must be available to work Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm

Territory is West Valley

Serenity Hospice and Palliative Care is seeking  Care Coordinators who can uphold and raise our sense of client and patient commitment. 

This position is responsible for: 

generating patient referrals/admissions from customers as well as continue to grow the number of referrals/admissions.

maintaining professional relationships with all referral sources which may include physicians, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, hospitals, individuals, and other entities.

creating a market presence, represent Serenity Hospice and its services in a competent professional and responsive manner, meet and exceed growth targets, and manage marketing budget.

interacting with Serenity Hospice staff to ensure cohesion of services and quality.

Skills / Requirements


Marketing (SALES) experience in Hospice or Home Health in Maricopa County required.

General sales experience preferred.


Bachelors degree in business preferred.  High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Ability to be flexible in meeting the needs of varying situations.
  • Ability to ensure that patients' rights are respected and HIPAA guidelines are followed
  • Must be able to read, write and speak English.
