Job Description

Responsible for managing the marketing team and the growth of Serenity Hospice.  Responsibilities include exceeding revenue and census goals, recruiting, hiring, and training new Community Liaisons, managing and implementing marketing process, generating referrals, completing admissions, and developing the team budget.  Must be able to generate new accounts, maintain customer satisfaction, and provide community education and outreach.  Must have the ability to demonstrate positive sale results, excellent communications, and professional practices.

Skills / Requirements


Bachelor’s degree on Business, Marketing or related degree preferred.

Minimum of three years of healthcare sales/marketing experience required.  

Must be at least 18 years of age.


High School Diploma or equivalent required.
